Casa Liliana is located in the Florentine Chianti region, only 30 minutes from Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Recently renovated with a minimal yet refined style, it preserves the charm of traditional Tuscan homes.

It features four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious veranda, a large terrace, and a panoramic swimming pool overlooking vineyards, olive groves and cypress-lined hills.

The house can be rented on its own—perfect for smaller groups or families—or combined with the nearby Villa Castellare de' Sernigi, creating a single, extended estate immersed in the tranquility of Chianti.

Its name reflects its history: this was the first home of Enzo and Annagloria, where they raised their three children, and later the residence of Annagloria's mother, Liliana. Today, Casa Liliana welcomes guests with the same sense of authenticity, warmth and emotional value that make it truly unique.

Property Information
• Garden Theatre available for guests during their stay. In June and July, weekly concerts are hosted after dinner.

Casa Liliana Cleaning Policy

When the Casa Liliana is rented independently from Villa Castellare de' Sernigi, daily housekeeping is not included. In this case, guests will receive midweek cleaning with a change of towels, as well as final cleaning at the end of the stay.

When the guest house is rented together with Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi, daily housekeeping is included for both Villas.
