The villa features 7 elegantly furnished bedrooms, spacious living areas, two comfortable lounges, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, retreats or unforgettable holidays with friends. Carefully restored with meticulous attention to detail, the villa preserves many of its original architectural elements, allowing guests to experience the timeless atmosphere of a traditional noble Tuscan residence while enjoying contemporary amenities.

The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, and all windows are fitted with screens to ensure comfort during the warm Tuscan summer months.

Set on a ridge in the historic Chianti hills, Castellare de’ Sernigi overlooks valleys rich in history and tradition. The manor was originally owned by the Sernigi family, wealthy Florentine merchants and patrons of important Renaissance artists in the 15th century. Later inherited by the Naldini del Riccio family, the estate became an elegant country residence in the 18th century.

In the late 1950s the villa was acquired by the Corti family, who lovingly restored the property to its former splendour. The restoration carefully preserved the villa’s historic architecture while enhancing its natural harmony with the surrounding Tuscan landscape.
