Chianti Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi is a beautifully restored historic estate set in the heart of the Chianti countryside. The villa features 7 elegantly furnished bedrooms, spacious living areas, two comfortable lounges, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, retreats or unforgettable holidays with friends. Large windows throughout the property frame breathtaking views of the classic Tuscan landscape.

Carefully restored with meticulous attention to detail, the villa preserves many of its original architectural elements, allowing guests to experience the timeless atmosphere of a traditional noble Tuscan residence while enjoying contemporary amenities.

The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, and all windows are fitted with screens to ensure comfort during the warm Tuscan summer months.

Outside, guests can relax in the beautiful landscaped gardens, where multiple seating areas provide peaceful spaces to unwind. A large stone terrace with an arbor-covered outdoor dining area is perfect for long alfresco dinners overlooking the countryside, while the private swimming pool with stone sun deck offers a refreshing retreat under the Tuscan sun.

Set on a ridge in the historic Chianti hills, Castellare de’ Sernigi overlooks valleys rich in history and tradition. The manor was originally owned by the Sernigi family, wealthy Florentine merchants and patrons of important Renaissance artists in the 15th century. Later inherited by the Naldini del Riccio family, the estate became an elegant country residence in the 18th century.

In the late 1950s the villa was acquired by the Corti family, who lovingly restored the property to its former splendour. The restoration carefully preserved the villa’s historic architecture while enhancing its natural harmony with the surrounding Tuscan landscape.

Today, Castellare de’ Sernigi offers guests a rare opportunity to stay in a true historic Chianti estate, where centuries of history meet the beauty, tranquillity and lifestyle of Tuscany.
