Hanane Dawson, Managing Director
Hanane is an entrepreneur and investor with a background in finance, analytics and real estate. She worked with global organisations including Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, Lloyds Banking Group, Wunderman WPP, Nokia and AOL – Huffington Post. Her experience brings a strategic, data-driven approach to luxury property and investment. Before establishing Dolce Vita in 2014, she successfully acquired and operated the Century 21 franchise across Chelsea, Fulham and Putney.
Chris Dawson, Director
Chris brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in technology and operations. Formerly a Consulting Sales Director at Oracle, he oversees strategy, systems and operational excellence at Dolce Vita, ensuring efficiency, transparency and scalability for landlords and investors managing local and international portfolios.

Our founders, Chris and Hanane Dawson, come from distinguished backgrounds in telecommunications and finance. With their combined expertise, they bring a distinctive approach to real estate, understanding the importance of not only finding the perfect property but also making smart financial decisions. This is why we are known for our ability to help landlords maximise revenue from their rental properties and for our keen insight into the best investment opportunities for buyers.
Our Journey
From 2006 to 2010, Hanane Dawson lived in Paris, working for major companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Accenture in web marketing and web analytics. In 2010, she relocated to London and continued her career with international giants like Nokia, AOL, and Lloyds Bank Group, focusing on web analytics and data science. In 2015, Hanane made a significant move by acquiring the top American real estate franchise, Century 21, in three London territories: Putney, Fulham, and Chelsea.
Over the next five years, she tirelessly worked to establish a strong presence in both the London and South of France real estate markets.
In 2019, Chris Dawson joined the company, leaving his role as a director at Oracle after 25 years. Their combined technical skills and international investment experience drove their success.
In 2020, they decided to leave the Century 21 franchise and launch their own brand, Dolce Vita - Luxury Real Estate. This boutique agency blends their technical expertise with a personalised, high-touch approach to client service, setting a new standard in the luxury real estate market. Through their hard work and dedication, Dolce Vita quickly became one of the leading real estate agencies in London, the South of France, and internationally.
