Space for a total of 50 horses, housed in five U-shaped stables, each with ten boxes and two tack rooms. Inside the U-shaped stables are grooming and washing areas so that the horses are well cared for before and after riding. The complex is rounded off by a perfectly equipped restaurant with access to a large swimming pool. The historic buildings, dating from 1843, have been preserved and modernised in Mallorcan style.

Llucmajor, strategically located close to the International airport, sea, and the Capital Palma, is one of the prime investment areas in Majorca when compared to its established neighbours such as the interior central region of Santa Maria or the South West coastline. It is the municipal area with the largest geographical region on the island, and its history on record dates back to 1259. During the 20th century, it became increasingly popular for its shoe manufacturing, along with the services of its craftsmen dedicated to stone, wood, and ironwork, without forgetting its agricultural heritage of growing both almonds and apricots. Nowadays it has a vibrant atmosphere with many shops, services, and infrastructure, making it an interesting option for those looking for a quieter area, without giving up the comfort of having the accessability to the beaches, capital Palma, and airport.
