Buying off-plan is a different transaction from buying a finished home. You are committing to a drawing, a specification and a completion date, and the terms that matter are agreed before you reserve.

We look at the same things on every launch: who the developer is and what they have delivered before; how the payment schedule is structured and what falls due at each stage; what the specification actually commits to, as distinct from what the render shows; how the building will be managed once complete, and what that costs each year; and what your position is if completion slips.

In Dubai we work with Binghatti among other developers. Where we hold an allocation on a launch we can introduce a unit before general release; where we do not, we will tell you so.
