Perched on the sloping hillsides of Ibiza, Roca Views is an architectural marvel by Valencia-based studio Fran Silvestre Arquitectos.
The project’s essence lies in its elegant simplicity and engineering precision: designed as a single, continuous element composed of thin, folded plates , just 9 centimeters thick, the houses follow the natural topography, blending structure with landscape in a minimalist yet really expansive expression .
Three subtly folded volumes merge into one unified form, each with a distinct function—garage, day area, and night area—while maintaining spatial continuity and visual harmony. Rather than resisting the slope, the design embraces the territory.
The thin structural skin serves not only as walls and ceilings but also as the architectural language that defines the home. Every fold enhances the frontal and lateral views, transforming the house into a scenic observatory: a shaded retreat that captures and frames Ibiza’s breath taking hilltop landscape.
The result is a minimalist home that blends seamlessly into its surroundings, while capturing the beauty of the island from every angle.
More than a technical solution to hillside construction, Roca Views is a manifesto of architectural sensitivity —a home that dialogues with the surrounding nature through an immersive experience and creates an interesting visual contrast between the natural beauty of the trees and ultra sleeky minimalism .
A work of exceptional design and one of the most unique lifestyle opportunities in Ibiza
