The neighbourhood, rich in elegant residential buildings, also offers a good variety of leisure areas, especially for young people. Given its proximity to the University City and the centre of Madrid, the neighbourhood offers an ideal location for many students. Very close to the neighbourhood, to the west, is the pleasant and extensive Parque del Oeste, a lung in the middle of the city. The area is well connected by bus and metro (Argüelles, Moncloa and Islas Filipinas).
