This house is located in a quiet area and is characterized by its unique architecture. It was nominated in the architectural competition of the Balearic Islands in 2001.
It is a compact house for a family who wants to enjoy their summer vacations. It was built in 2001 on a plot of approx. 526 m2 highlighting that the exterior and interior merge, offering details such as sliding doors that are hidden behind the walls. It is distributed as follows:
from the street, you go up some stairs to the entrance door. Upon entering the house, you will find the living room that connects to the separate kitchen and the bright dining room. From these rooms, you have access to the terrace and pool area with a garden. On this floor, you will also find 2 of the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Climbing an elegant staircase of wood and aluminium you reach the upper floor where we find the mezzanine which is currently used as an office. Adjacent is the master suite with a bathroom.
More features of the house are air conditioning, central heating, laundry, storage room, basement, and garage for two cars. In addition, it has the possibility of reforming to suit one's own taste.
