Next to the living room we can find a large dining room with large windows from which we can see the outside porch of the house. The spacious, bright and modern kitchen has a small island and dining room. Recently renovated and with television, it is fully equipped with everything you may need.

In the outside area we can also find a cozy porch that invites you to enjoy and relax, large garden area and a few meters away a large saltwater pool ideal for those warm summer days. Near the pool there is a small building with a living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom and closets. Furthermore the property includes a covered parking area for four vehicles.
